Lucidtech is an Oslo-based startup with global ambitions. Our existing customers are large enterprises such as banks, accounting firms and software companies that serves millions of customers around the world. We are looking for someone to grow and develop our customer base and be part of managing a rapid growing company.
Leverage industry knowledge and experience to craft thoughtful partnership and product strategies with new and existing customers.
Manage the entire customer process from lead generation to a signed contract.
Learn and understand our users’ needs and execute deals that address those needs and support our strategy.
Work closely with multiple stakeholders to build an understanding of what technical solutions are possible between Lucidtech and our users.
Have experience working with B2B processes.
Have experience in developing and leading high-performing business development teams in product-centric environments.
Have strong negotiation skills and know how to close deals.
An ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle ambiguity
